Games for Grades is a nonprofit initiative founded by Tim Lasater and Jordan Blaydes in Littleton, Colorado. Our mission is to integrate directly with school curriculums to provide rewards for academic achievements, thereby enhancing student engagement and performance. We aim to motivate students by offering tangible incentives for their efforts and accomplishments, leveraging insights from key educational research to inform our strategic approach.
Support for Educators and Schools: By injecting resources and rewards directly into classrooms, we alleviate pressures faced by underfunded schools. In addition to our reward program for the students, we offer a monetary donation directly to the school. This donation can be used to fund teacher-led projects and purchase school supplies.
Community Engagement and Development: Integrating local businesses and organizations into our reward system provides resources and strengthens community ties. Events sponsored by local businesses or conducted in collaboration with community centers encourage community involvement in education.
